Pre-Orders

All orders placed during the pre-order stage of production can have an expected wait time of 30-60 days from the date I place the order. All orders will be shipped as soon as they have been received and passed quality control checks. If a product has been delayed further than expected I will contact all purchasers to offer refunds or answer any questions regarding the pins.

Shipping

All items will be shipped first class for domestic and first class package for international. These methods provide tracking information and offer enough insurance to cover the cost of lost or damaged goods. Once tracking has been provided to the customer through BigCartel this shop is no longer liable for the product. I will answer any questions regarding shipping and will do anything that I can to ensure a smooth delivery of purchased items.

If in-stock items and presale items are purchased under the same order they will be shipped out when the presale items have arrived to my shop. If you wish to receive your in-stock items before the presale items arrive; purchase them separately to ensure timely arrival. If you purchase them on the same order and would like your in-stock items to ship sooner, you may purchase extra shipping. This will create a second label that will allow your order to be split and shipped at two different times. The cost of a shipping pass is $0.01 plus the shipping cost( either domestic or international).

Return Policy

       Items that have been received in a less than perfect state will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If the fault is on me for allowing a subpar piece to be shipped out I will correct the situation with either a replacement piece at my cost or a full refund depending on stock levels in the store at the time. Subpar work includes missing enamel, improperly colored enamel, and other minor defects due to manufacturing. Subpar work does not include damage caused by mishandling of the package by the USPS.

 

USPS

      I ship all my packages though the USPS system. When you pay for shipping through my store you get double protection for lost and damaged packages through both Paypal and the USPS system. If a package arrives damaged, please take pictures before you open it and also take picture of the contents. File a claim through the USPS to get a refund for your damaged item. I will provide any information that you need in order to file that claim. I am not responsible for the condition of the package once it is in the possession of the USPS.
